Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During busy periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Papinoli currently ships within Canada and the United States.
Orders are shipped primarily through Canada Post, with UPS used when appropriate.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Papinoli is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are printed books and paper goods, Papinoli does not currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted items.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves us.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please include:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and its packaging
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Lost Packages
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package may be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help locate your package.
