Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using Canada Post, with UPS as a backup carrier if needed. Papinoli currently only ships to Canada and US.
Estimated shipping times:
Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Customs & Import taxes
Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Papinoli is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before the order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Papinoli currently does not accept returns and exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please fill our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will reach out to you, we may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate it.
