You may colour and enjoy your purchase for personal use, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially use any part of our products without our prior written permission.

6. Purchases & Payment
Payments are securely processed through Squarespace Payments.
We accept a variety of payment methods available through Squarespace Payments, which may include major credit cards, digital wallets, and other payment options displayed at checkout.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and payment information.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout where required.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Papinoli and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for your order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities purchased, or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended for resale.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Shop Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and outlines our policies regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, shipping, and damaged or incorrect orders.
Due to the nature of our products, Papinoli does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted items.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery. We may request your order number and photos of the item and its packaging to help us review your request.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Use our colouring books, artwork, or website content to create AI-generated content, datasets, or machine learning models without our written permission.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices appearing on our products or website.
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when placing an order, creating an account, or contacting us.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, systems, or accounts.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, or any other harmful technology.
